Hannah has more than 10 years of experience working with a wide range of community and commercial sports organisations. Working at both operational and strategic levels, Hannah has hands-on experience of the value quality research and insights brought to driving effective programme delivery and influencing key stakeholders and business decisions.

Hannah has a passion for sport both as a participant and as a coach. Hannah plays hockey weekly for her local club and is also a qualified hockey coach with experience of coaching young players at club and county level.

Limerick-born Margot comes from a farming background and began her career working as a chef in several well-known establishments.Â
Margot became global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer with Sodexo in Sept 2018 and continued to build on the great work achieved in this area over the years .
In May 2021 , Margot left Sodexo to lead and become Global Group Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at ISS.

Nova Sport is a mobile app that bring a University community together around Sport.
The idea is to integrate the student life trough Sports. Find people from your university community with whom you sports in common with, create spontaneous sport activities, see and join all the Sport Groups & Teams from your University. Also find your university sports offer, book courts/ sports sessions online.
18 universities and colleges in Belgium use the app with over 35.000 students.
After graduating from the Solvay Brussels School as a business engineer, Nikita worked for 2 years as a project and account manager in the tech industry in Montreal, Canada. At some point, she realised she wanted to have a bigger and more positive impact on society. That’s how she took an interest in social entrepreneurship. Back in Belgium, she first worked as a consultant in collective intelligence for the public sector, but it still lacked some hard facts. Then, she found the perfect combo at Sport2Be, a nonprofit organization that promotes social and professional integration through sports.
There, she's now in charge of the Job2Be program aiming at accompanying young people in difficulty towards their first professional experience.

With more than 13 years of experience at HR, she already worked for companies like Kantar Group (social research, data analytics and brand consulting), Gafisa (Construction and real estate) and Bloomin Brands (Restaurant Holding company).
For the last 2 years, she is responsible for Payroll, Compensation&Benefits, Training & Development and Talent Acquisition at Decathlon. She is currently involved in Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding and Employee Experience projects.
She is graduated in Psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has a Master of Strategic Human Management from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). She has specialization in Change Management and Agile Methodologies.
